Service, staff and food were all excellent.

Outdoor bathroom/shower, location, unswimmable beach.

Cool space. Mix of contemporary and maybe a little bohemium. The Staff is AMAZING. Very customer friendly. The rooms are clean and nice. The hotel pools are fine. The beach and view is excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Very perfect place, nice room with private pool and very-very nice beach, with few people . Breakfast is good, but in Bangkok are 5-star hotels much better breakfast. Very friendly stuff

The more expensive rooms are located further from the sea, and none of the rooms offer sea views, but this is compensated by the privacy within the room.

The beach atmosphere at the hotel is beautiful and peaceful, even though it's a bit of a walk from the rooms.

Perfect property for the ones looking for complete silence and privacy. Very friendly nice willing to help anytime. Breakfast is amazing.

Villas need some renovations and they are currently renovating

Excellent staff and service, decent food options, villa is the must for relaxing time.

The beach was disgustingly dirty with washed out plastic bottles, straws, caps , and other trash… perhaps we were unlucky and it was a raining season, but it looked really repulsive. Not swimmable. Overpriced compared to other resorts around the globe.

Very friendly staff and a great place. I had a birthday photoshoot and was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary birthday cake at the floating breakfast.)

We really enjoyed our stay at SALA Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort.The room was spacious and stylish, the pool was a real highlight, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Facilities throughout the resort were top-notch and well-maintained.

Absolutely amazing. The most important thing is the stuff are so helpful and professional especially the lady at the front desk in the night shift. She’s amazing and talented. She helped me with some Grap miss communication The villa is very clean and well maintained. The housekeeping team also was great

The food was amazing, the staff were extremely nice and hospitable. The service was the best I have ever seen in not only Phuket but Thailand. And the location was amazing you can get whatever you need without leaving the area.

There was nothing to complain about.

Stunning and clean private pool, close to the beach , perfect for couples, quiet, and truly worth every moment.Breakfast was delicious too.

Staff were warm and welcoming, great hospitality! The app was great with being able to communicate with staff and they were very responsive. Spa was really good, especially Khun Ice who really worked hard to get the kinks off my shoulders

Understand that it’s part of the hotel concept, but the outdoor bathroom was rather inconvenient, especially when it’s raining.

The whole vibe of the private room with the pool was nice.

The food was meh considering how expensive a night’s stay is and the fact that this is a 5 star hotel. We had the lunch by the pool, and although they had a decent variety, they tasted very average for the price. Also, we got the room with a private pool such that we could hang out in it but they didn’t clean the room until 16:15 and we had to call the reception. Communication in general could be improved regarding the times when roomkeeping will be done and the times shuttles are scheduled.

The resort is beautiful located and has access to a very private beach.

The infrastructure is getting old within the rooms and needs to be revamped. The toilets and bathrooms being outside is the biggest drawback.

Honestly, everything. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout the stay. The property itself is stunning, from the beautiful scenery and well-maintained grounds to the peaceful atmosphere that made it feel like a true escape. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated, offering both comfort and style. The amenities were top-notch, the food was great, and every detail seemed thoughtfully planned. It’s the kind of place that leaves a lasting impression, I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Calm, peaceful, clean - restaurant and bar serve good snacks, coffee’s great, pools are small but do the job. Loved the pool villas - beach was incredible. Water so clear, sand so soft and barely a single person on the beach - felt like we hired out the whole beach to ourselves.

Extremely expensive if looking to add lunch or dinner to your breakfast. Worked out ten times better to just get lunch from the paid menu and go out for dinner after.

The staff were wonderfull, the breakfast was fantastic. Lovely relaxed layout and the rooms are pretty good. Free parking a bonus. Turndown service was a wonderful touch.

The placement of the a/c unit in the bedroom is unfortunatly not weel thought out, it blows directly on your head and there is no way to change this. Dinner in the restaurant was underwhelming. The hotel does not do enough to deal with "sunbed hoggers".
